GARLIC MUSHROOMS

Ingredients:

Serves 3-4

 

250g white mushrooms, sliced

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

7-8 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 tbsp finely chopped parsley

Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

 

 

 

Method:

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes.

  3. Add garlic and continue to cook for another 5 minutes or until mushrooms soften.

  4. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper. Serve hot as starter.
