250g pork
2½ tbsp spare ribs sauce or char siew sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
7 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp rice wine
Dash of pepper

Return char siew to oven and bake for another 10 minutes using upper heat (grill) to dry the exterior of char siew. Let the exterior of char siew burn a little if you like.
